A cherry pit-pal is an eco-friendly, reusable therapeutic hot/cold pack made with all-natural cherry pits that are specially cleaned, dried and chemical free. Cherry pits are known for their ability to both retain and slowly release moist penetrating heat or soothing coldness.

Heat in the microwave for a soothing, penetrating moist heat that relieves aches, pains, stress, and tension or chill in the freezer to reduce inflammation and swelling. *We recommend heating your pit-pal in 30-second increments.

Cherry pits are far superior to packs made with grains such as corn, buckwheat, beans and rice for many reasons. Unlike other products, cherry pits hold their temperature longer and may be used either hot or cold. If grains are exposed to moisture they have the tendency to swell and rot becoming unusable, and unsafe. Hygienically, cherry pit-pals are washable and grains are not.
